New York; Colorado; Ohio – According to FairWarning, several states have left workers with the responsibility to prove that they were infected with COVID-19 while at work. This is in contrast to more than a dozen states leaving it to employers to prove that employees got sick somewhere other than work; including Utah and Michigan.
